We arrived around 2 PM and were welcomed at the exclusive lounge with free drinks and snacks. From the lounge, you can gaze out over DisneySea’s Mediterranean Harbor while waiting for check-in to begin at 3 PM. It does get crowded right at opening, so arriving a little earlier ensures a better seat and a more relaxing start.

Extra touches like Astalift skincare products, bath salts, and a pretty welcome flower arrangement (you can take it home!) make the stay even more special. The room also comes with a capsule-style coffee maker, perfect for a quick pick-me-up while enjoying the terrace.

The Magic of the Terrace

The terrace itself is the true highlight. During the day, you’ll enjoy sweeping views of DisneySea, and at night, you can watch the spectacular “Believe!” show without ever stepping into the park. Honestly, the immersion feels even deeper than being inside DisneySea.

Breakfast: You can choose the lounge, but we always recommend room service on the terrace. Eating in the morning sunshine while gazing at the lagoon is unforgettable.
Dinner: We often bought simple meals from Ikspiari (rice balls, fried chicken, miso soup) and turned them into a private feast under the night sky.
Tip: Don’t leave food unattended—the sparrows know how to steal!
Late Night Magic: After our child fell asleep, we quietly stepped out to the terrace and once witnessed a rehearsal for a waterfront show. It felt like an incredible hidden bonus.
After Closing: Even once the park closed, leaving the window slightly open let us hear the background music of DisneySea. It created the illusion of still being inside the park and added to the sense of magic.
